Temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

Concrete shear walls are being installed for the Ribeirão Preto Brazil Temple, as heavy steel framing continues for the load-bearing interior walls. Church members in the city are organized into three stakes—the Ribeirão Preto Brazil East Stake, the Ribeirão Preto Brazil West Stake, and the Ribeirão Preto Brazil South Stake. The temple will also be the closest house of the Lord for several other stakes in the surrounding region.

The first columns have been erected for the structural frame of the Ribeirão Preto Brazil Temple. A tower crane on site helps with the lifting and positioning of the heavy steel components.
