A lovely 3.87-acre site located across from the beautiful Parque Morales in San Luis Potosí will be the location of the future San Luis Potosí Mexico Temple. The existing structures will be removed so that it can be redeveloped for a single-story temple of approximately 9,300 square feet. Mexico is home to nearly 1.5 million Latter-day Saints in over 1,800 congregations. Missionary work began in the country in 1875.
