Temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

The location for the Rapid City South Dakota Temple has been announced as a 4.86-acre site located at the northeast corner of Mount Rushmore Road and Moon Meadows Drive in Rapid City. Plans call for an 11,800-square-foot, single-story temple and an accompanying ancillary building. It will be the first Latter-day Saint temple constructed in the state of South Dakota.
