Temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

The location for the Puerto Montt Chile Temple has been announced as a 5.8-acre site located at Avenida Chamiza Lote 2 2015 in the Pelluco neighborhood of Puerto Montt. Plans call for a single-story temple of nearly 18,500 square feet. There are three dedicated temples in Chile: the Santiago Chile Temple (1983), the Concepción Chile Temple (2018), and the Antofagasta Chile Temple (2025). The Santiago West Chile Temple is under construction, and plans have been announced for temples in Puerto Montt and Viña del Mar.
