Temple Announcement
On October 6, 2024, President Russell M. Nelson announced plans to construct the Milwaukee Wisconsin Temple at the 194th Semiannual General Conference. Wisconsin, located in the Midwest region of the United States, is home to more than 28,000 Latter-day Saints in more than 65 congregations. Milwaukee is the largest city in the state. The temple will be Wisconsin's first.1
