Temples of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

The location of the Eket Nigeria Temple has been announced as a 7-acre site located on Eket/Oron Road in the village of Ikot Ibiok in the Eket local government area of Akwa Ibom State. Plans call for a single-story temple of approximately 18,850 square feet with an on-site meetinghouse. Plans for the temple were announced by President Russell M. Nelson at the closing session of the October 2022 general conference.
