The groundbreaking services for the Brussels Belgium Temple will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025. Elder Jack N. Gerard, First Counselor in the Europe Central Area Presidency, will preside. A short program will be held, followed by a dedicatory prayer. Since the temple will be built within an existing building at Ave des Arts 52, no soil will be turned. Plans call for a multistory facility of approximately 25,500 square feet with a meetinghouse and arrival facilities.

There are nearly 6,700 Latter-day Saints organized into 12 congregations in Belgium.

The First Presidency has announced the location of the Brussels Belgium Temple, which will be constructed within an existing building located at Ave des Arts 52, near the Royal Palace of Brussels.
